Why should I become a Member?

Is there an initiation fee?

  • No initiation fee!

If I do not use my 2 treatments do they roll over to the next month?

  • Treatments do not roll over.

May I share my treatments?

  • Yes you may! We are firm believers in IV therapy for all. Limitations do apply. 

    • If you would like to share one of your IV treatments, it is limited to first time customers only. Membership owner must be with the customer they would like to share with at the time of service.

Can I utilize the Concierge service with my membership?

  • Unfortunately no, Memberships are for retail appointments only.

How do I cancel my Membership?

  • We are sad to see you go. As long as you meet the 3-month minimum requirement, you can cancel your membership by doing the following:

    • Please email ​ with your full name, membership plan and reason for cancellation.

    • Once you email us letting us know you are cancelling your Membership Plan, we will remove you from the membership auto renew and your plan will deactivate the following month.

Are memberships transferable?

  • Memberships are non-transferable.
